We envision a country where no life is lost to preventable overdose — where all communities are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and compassion to respond to the opioid crisis with hope, equity, and resilience.
Mission
Distribute. Educate. Empower.
Narcare equips individuals and communities with life-saving resources like naloxone and harm reduction education. Through deep partnerships and grassroots action, we aim to prevent overdose deaths and challenge the stigma that surrounds addiction.
