Building a Future
Where No Life Is Lost to Overdose
WHO WE ARE

Narcare began with a simple but urgent belief: no one should die from a preventable overdose.
What started with a small group of dedicated advocates has grown into a national nonprofit committed to saving lives through harm reduction, education, and community action.
From the start, we’ve focused on hands-on work—partnering with shelters, schools, health clinics, and community organizations to put life-saving tools like Naloxone directly into the hands of those who need them most.
At Narcare, we don’t just respond to the crisis—we work to change the narrative, replacing stigma with compassion, and fear with hope.
Today, we continue to grow, connecting volunteers, organizations, and communities across the nation—all united by one mission: to end preventable overdose deaths.
WHERE WE WORK
Narcare works across the United States, meeting communities where they are.
Through local partnerships with nonprofits, schools, government agencies, and healthcare providers, we deliver overdose prevention resources tailored to each community’s needs—whether in a large city or a small rural town.
Our nationwide network makes it possible to reach people quickly and effectively, ensuring every community has the tools to save lives.

HOW WE WORK

We believe saving lives starts with compassion, education, and action.
Narcare’s work centers on:
- Distributing Naloxone (Narcan) to individuals, organizations, and businesses.
- Providing training and education on overdose response and harm reduction.
- Building partnerships with shelters, schools, and health agencies to address the root causes of the opioid crisis.
- Creating safe spaces for dialogue, connection, and healing.
Our approach is rooted in respect, equity, and the belief that everyone deserves a chance at life—and the tools to protect it.
